I like to help as many people as I can but there are some rules I must follow.

Here’s a quick overview of what you need to know with more detail written below:
- You must be aged 18+
- I can’t offer hypnotherapy to anyone with mental illness but there are non-hypnotic techniques we can use instead
- If you have epilepsy or asthma please check with a doctor first as hypnosis can affect these
- I can’t deal with problems relating to drugs, alcohol and sexual issues because I am not trained in these areas
Mental illness, epilepsy and asthma
Hypnosis should not be used by anyone with mental illness because it can trigger the condition and I am not trained to deal with the result of that.
There is hope though! There are many techniques I use, especially for fixing phobias and bad habits, which don’t require hypnosis. These techniques use NLP which is like hypnosis but without the trance.
Depression, epilepsy and asthma may affect whether you should use hypnosis so please check with your doctor first.
Drugs, alcohol and sexual issues
I can’t help with problems related to drugs, alcohol and sexual issues. This requires specialist training.
I suggest you find a suitable hypnotherapist on https://www.hypnotherapy-directory.org.uk/ or consult your doctor.
Collecting your details
I need to collect information from you including your name, address and possibly the details of your doctor. I have to do this for safety, legal and insurance purposes. I can’t work with anyone that won’t provide these details.
Anything you tell me is kept in the strictest confidence and will never be passed on to anyone. The only exceptions to this are if you tell me that you are going to harm yourself or someone else, or you admit to a crime in which case I have to pass that on to authorities.
As long as you agree to those simple terms and conditions then you can:
